JE Dunn Construction in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Safety Manager to lead the field safety program across our construction projects. You will monitor sites, compile accident statistics, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and company safety policies.

You will train staff, administer drug/alcohol testing, conduct safety audits, and work with insurers on claims. Requires a Bachelor's in safety/health or related field and 8+ years of construction safety experience with 0-2 years of team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety/health or related field.
• 8+ years construction safety experience.
• 0-2 years team lead or team management experience.

Responsabilités

• Manages and implements the field safety program and team for construction projects.
• Communicates safety philosophies and policies to field staff and project managers.
• Compiles accident statistics, trending analysis and recommends program changes.
• Administers and monitors drug and alcohol testing per requirements.
• Conducts regular safety audits and abatement of hazards.
• Leads safety training initiatives and records retention.
