JE Dunn Construction seeks a Safety Manager to lead the field safety program across construction projects. You will monitor sites, compile accident data, and interpret federal, state, and local safety requirements to support our strategy and values.

You will collaborate with site foremen, superintendents, and project managers to implement safety policies, conduct training, and ensure timely reporting and abatement of hazards. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety/health, construction management or related field.
• 8+ years of construction safety experience.
• 0–2 years team lead or management experience.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license.
• Ability to enforce safety regulations across projects.

Responsabilités

• Manages and implements the field safety program and team for construction projects.
• Communicates safety philosophies and values to site personnel and project managers.
• Interprets company, owner and government policies and recommendations.
• Compiles accident statistics and analyzes trends for program improvements.
• Administers drug and alcohol testing in accordance with requirements.
• Leads safety audits and documents abatement actions with supervision.
