Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Senior Safety Manager to plan, manage and implement the field safety program across construction projects. You will lead a team of Safety Managers, represent the company during inspections, and drive investigations in alignment with JE Dunn's strategy and values.

You will develop safety policies, administer drug and alcohol testing, and monitor safety metrics. The role requires 8+ years in construction safety and a Bachelor’s in safety/health or related field,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in safety/health for construction.
• At least 8 years of construction safety experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state and local safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plans, manages and implements the field safety program and teams for the division.
• Represents the company during inspections by insurance and OSHA.
• Lead investigations into serious or catastrophic accidents.
• Designs and implements the Company Safety and Health Program.
• Manages Drug and Alcohol program and workers’ compensation matters.
