JE Dunn Construction Company in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Senior Superintendent to plan, manage and execute complex construction projects on site. You will lead staff, subcontractors and safety programs while coordinating schedules and budgets to ensure timely, profitable project completion.

You will apply Lean principles, collaborate with design teams, and drive quality and compliance across the project lifecycle, including pre-planning, buyout, and closeout activities.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years construction experience.
• 8+ years field supervision experience.
• Experience leading Lean principles on projects (Preferred).

Mansioni

• Plans, manages and executes all aspects of significantly complex or multiple projects.
• Manages and oversees company staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs such as Safety, Quality and EEO.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates and manages the care, custody and control of the project site.
• Leads meetings and participates in progress and project review meetings.
• Manages project budget and costs; tracks schedule using PM systems.
