Qualifications

• 8+ years construction safety experience required.
• 0-2 years team lead or management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manages and implements the field safety program and team for construction projects.
• Communicates safety philosophies and values to staff and project leadership to ensure compliance.
• Compiles accident statistics and trends; recommends program changes.
• Administers drug and alcohol testing per requirements.
• Implements incident reporting and investigation processes.
