Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction safety, site management or related field.
• Associate’s degree in occupational safety and health, construction management, or related field (preferred).
• Familiarity with construction site operations and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safe work practices and ensure on-site workers follow safety protocols.
• Collaborate with site teams to prevent accidents and manage site conditions.
• Conduct regular safety inspections to identify hazards and unsafe conditions.
• Recommend corrective actions to site supervisors and follow up on implementation.
• Deliver ongoing safety training sessions and toolbox talks for high-risk activities.
• Lead investigations into incidents and near misses; document findings and actions.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Maintain records of inspections, incident reports, and safety training logs.
• Assist in coordinating emergency response plans and safety drills.
