Qualifications

• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification required.
• 2+ years of construction, construction safety, General Industry, or related field experience.
• Familiarity with construction site operations and safety protocols.
• Ability to enforce safety protocols effectively and communicate with site teams.

Responsibilities

• Enforce Safe Work Practices and ensure compliance on-site.
• Collaborate with site teams to prevent accidents and manage conditions.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and identify hazards.
• Lead investigations into incidents and document findings.
• Deliver safety training sessions and toolbox talks for high-risk activities.
• Maintain safety records and prepare incident reports.
• Assist in emergency preparedness and safety drills.
