Job summary

Landmark Properties, Inc. seeks a Site Safety Manager to enforce safe work practices on active job sites, lead inspections, deliver safety training, and investigate incidents to protect personnel.

You will report to Senior Safety Manager and coordinate with site teams and subcontractors to maintain high safety standards. The role requires knowledge of OSHA regulations, strong communication, and the ability to travel to multiple project locations across the United States.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification required; strong knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• 2+ years in construction safety or related field; hands-on site safety enforcement.
• Ability to enforce safety protocols and train site teams; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Enforce Safe Work Practices: ensure workers and subcontractors follow safety protocols.
• Collaborate with site teams to anticipate and resolve site conditions for accident prevention.
• Conduct Safety Inspections to identify hazards and non-compliant equipment.
• Lead Incident investigations; document findings and follow up on corrective actions.
• Deliver safety training sessions and toolbox talks to site personnel.
• Monitor OSHA compliance and maintain safety records; assist in emergency drills.
• Travel to project locations across the United States as needed.
