Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Site Safety Manager to enforce and promote safe work practices on our construction sites. You will lead inspections, train site teams on safety protocols, and investigate incidents to drive continuous improvement.

You will ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, maintain safety records, and support emergency preparedness across multiple project locations in the United States. Travel is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Construction field experience or hands-on knowledge of site management and safety enforcement.
• Associate’s degree in occupational safety and health, construction management, or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in construction, construction safety, General Industry, or related field.
• Familiarity with construction site operations and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safe work practices on-site and ensure compliance with protocols.
• Collaborate with site teams to prevent accidents and manage conditions.
• Conduct regular safety inspections to identify hazards.
• Deliver ongoing safety training and toolbox talks to site personnel.
• Lead investigations into incidents and document findings.
• Monitor OSHA compliance and company safety policies.
• Maintain safety records and training logs.
• Support emergency preparedness and drills across sites.
