Landmark Properties, Inc. seeks a Site Safety Manager to enforce safe work practices on construction sites, conduct inspections, train teams, and investigate incidents.

The role ensures compliance with OSHA regulations and maintains safety records across projects. The ideal candidate has OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification, First Aid/ CPR, and an Associate degree or related safety field; 2+ years of construction safety experience and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction safety and OSHA regulations.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification is required.
• First Aid/CPR Certification is preferred.
• Associate degree or equivalent in safety-related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Enforce Safe Work Practices: Ensure that workers and subcontractors on-site follow safety protocols.
• Collaborate with Site Teams to anticipate, resolve and manage site conditions for accident prevention.
• Conduct Safety Inspections to identify hazards and unsafe conditions.
• Recommend Improvements and corrective actions to site supervisors.
• Deliver ongoing safety training sessions and toolbox talks.
• Investigate incidents, near misses and accidents; document findings and follow up on corrective actions.
• Monitor Compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Maintain up-to-date safety records, inspections, incident reports, and training logs.
• Assist in Emergency Preparedness and safety drills.
