Landmark Properties, Inc. is seeking a Site Safety Manager to enforce safety practices at the construction site, train crews, and lead incident investigations. You will ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards across project sites.

The role requires hands-on field experience, OSHA 30-Hour certification, and ability to travel to various project locations in the United States. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction, construction safety, or related field experience.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification is required.
• Familiarity with construction site operations and safety protocols.
• First Aid/CPR Certification.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices.

Responsabilités

• Enforce safe work practices on-site and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Collaborate with site teams to prevent accidents and manage site conditions.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and identify hazards or non-compliant equipment.
• Recommend corrective actions to site supervisors and track implementation.
• Deliver ongoing safety training and toolbox talks focusing on high-risk activities.
• Lead investigations into incidents, near misses, and accidents and document findings.
• Monitor OSHA and company safety policies compliance and local regulations.
• Maintain records of inspections, incidents, and safety training logs.
• Assist in coordinating emergency response plans and drills.
