Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Site Safety Manager to enforce and improve safety practices on construction sites nationwide. The role focuses on inspections, training, incident investigations, and ensuring adherence to OSHA regulations and company safety standards.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification is required.
• 2+ years of construction safety experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety best practices.
• Ability to enforce safety protocols effectively and confidently.
• Strong communication skills in confrontational situations.
• Ability to train and educate site teams on safety standards.
• Attention to detail in identifying hazards and unsafe practices.
• Lead and document thorough incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Enforce Safe Work Practices: Ensure workers and subcontractors follow safety protocols.
• Collaborate with Site Teams to prevent accidents.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and identify hazards.
• Recommend improvements and corrective actions to supervisors.
• Deliver ongoing safety training and toolbox talks.
• Investigate incidents and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Monitor OSHA compliance and safety policies.
• Maintain records of inspections, incidents, and trainings.
• Assist in emergency plan preparation and drills.
