Job summary

Securus Safety Solutions seeks a Site Safety Representative to promote, monitor, and support safe conditions across active construction project sites. You will work with Regional HSE leadership, site supervisors, and trade contractors to identify hazards and ensure OSHA compliance.

Responsibilities include conducting safety inspections, maintaining records, coordinating training, investigating incidents, and assisting with job hazard analyses to support proactive safety culture on site.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Hour compliance required.
• CPR/First Aid/AED/Bloodborne Pathogen certification required.
• Competent Person certification/letter preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular on-site safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments.
• Manage and maintain all safety documentation, logs, inspections, and project safety files.
• Design, schedule, and deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and orientation sessions.
