Job summary

Securus Safety Solutions LLC is seeking a dedicated Site Safety Representative to promote and monitor safe site conditions across active construction sites. Reporting to the Regional HSE Consultant, you will collaborate with site leadership and trade contractors to identify hazards and enforce OSHA standards.

Responsibilities include audits, documentation control, safety training, incident investigations, JHA/AHA support, and emergency planning.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Hour Card required.
• CPR/First Aid/AED/Bloodborne Pathogen certification required.
• Competent Person Letter required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage safety documentation, records, SDS binders, and audit-ready files for regional review.
• Design and deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and targeted sessions (fall protection, scaffolding, confined space).
• Lead or support incident investigations, determine root causes, and track corrective actions.
• Assist in developing JHAs/AHAs and site safety plans for high-risk operations.
• Coordinate emergency planning and liaise with local emergency services and site personnel.
