Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee Phase II processes from sheetrock tape and float to home completion. You will coordinate independent contractors across multiple jobsites and ensure Perry Homes standards are met.

You will order materials, monitor quality, manage time under construction, and handle change orders while maintaining budget variances. Strong communication with homeowners and contractors is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent.
• Experience managing or leading teams.
• Ability to communicate effectively with contractors and homeowners, verbally and in writing.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction plans.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate independent contractors across multiple jobsites.
• Order construction materials and monitor quality and quantity.
• Ensure Perry Homes construction standards are met.
• Manage time under construction, overhead costs, budget variances, and change orders.
• Perform tasks as directed by Project Manager or executives.
