Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to coordinate independent contractors across multiple jobsites, order materials, and monitor quality and progress.

You will ensure Perry Homes' standards, manage time under construction and budget variances, and support the Project Manager and Division President as needed. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and leadership experience is required.

Qualifications

• Requires communication and negotiation with independent contractors and homeowners.
• Ability to meet short deadlines under time constraints and multitask.
• Ability to read and interpret complex instructions, blueprints, and development plans.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic building codes knowledge.
• Valid driver's license and truck compliant with policies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate independent contractors across multiple jobsites.
• Order and monitor construction materials.
• Ensure quality standards per Perry Homes.
• Monitor time under construction, overhead costs, budget variances, and change orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by project leadership.
• Support project manager and division president as needed.
