Job summary

Perry Homes, LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple jobsites, coordinate independent contractors, and ensure construction progresses on schedule and within budget.

You will manage material orders, monitor quality, read blueprints, and uphold Perry Homes' standards while communicating with homeowners and internal teams to drive on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Strong leadership, time management, and negotiation skills are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in managing or leading teams with independent contractors.
• Ability to read and comprehend complex construction plans and blueprints.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work under extreme time constraints and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate independent contractors across multiple jobsites.
• Order construction materials and manage deliveries.
• Monitor quality and quantity of materials and completed tasks.
• Ensure Perry Homes quality standards are met.
• Manage time under construction, budget variances, and change orders.
• Perform tasks as assigned by the Project Manager, VP of Construction, or Division President.
