Job summary

Perry Homes, LLC is seeking a qualified Construction Project Manager to coordinate independent contractors across multiple jobsites, order and monitor materials, and ensure adherence to company quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to manage time and budgets under tight deadlines.

The candidate should read and interpret blueprints and development plans, with proficient MS Office skills and knowledge of local codes.

Qualifications

• Must communicate and negotiate effectively with independent contractors and homeowners, in writing and verbally.
• Ability to complete tasks on short notice under extreme time constraints.
• Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, reports, blueprints, construction plans, plats and development plans.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate independent contractors over multiple jobsites.
• Order construction materials.
• Monitor quantity and quality of materials and completed tasks.
• Ensure Perry Homes quality standards are met.
