Responsibilities

• Work with independence but report to project field leadership.
• Ensure work is completed per contract documents and building codes.
• Read and interpret plans; supervise crafts and verify progress.
• Supervise, inspect and document punch lists; manage materials and deliveries.
• Recruit and train skilled trades helpers and enforce safety standards.
