Qualifications

• Proficient in basic math, geometry and trigonometry.
• Ability to read Structural/Architectural/Shop Drawings.
• Layout footings, columns, and building lines from drawings.

Responsibilities

• Establish horizontal and vertical control on projects.
• Verify accuracy of consultant-provided control.
• Maintain and verify project control points and benchmarks.
• Care, calibration and use of instruments (Total Station, levels).
• Run level loops, compute grades, plot cross-sections and earthwork.
• Read contour maps and support earthmoving activities.
