Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC seeks a hands-on field supervisor to plan, coordinate and supervise work and subcontractors on active project sites in the United States. You will work with limited supervision while reporting to project field leadership, ensuring compliance with contract documents and building codes.

This role requires the ability to read blueprints, manage materials, and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or vocational training with journeyman experience
• Ability to supervise skilled and semi-skilled workers
• Thorough knowledge of construction practices, materials, tools and equipment
• Able to read and interpret blueprints, sketches and drawings
• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally; English required; additional languages encouraged

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise work and subcontractors on field project sites
• Work with independence but report to project field leadership
• Ensure work complies with contract documents and building codes
• Read oral and written instructions and supervise installation and repairs
• Manage punch list, safety standards and delivery of materials
• Recruit and train skilled trades helpers; establish performance standards
• Coordinate site cleanup and ensure timely project progression
