Job summary

Medcor is seeking an EMT or Paramedic to join as a PRN Worksite Health Technician in Caldwell, ID. The role supports an employer-based occupational clinic, with clinic hours Monday-Thursday 9am-7pm and Fri-Sat 9am-9pm.

Expect collaboration with medical leadership, client staff, and external providers in a fast-paced environment. This Onsite Health Technician role emphasizes patient care, Return to Work programs, and documentation using EMR systems, with opportunities for growth and training

Qualifications

• Must have valid licensure for the position.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Strong computer and EMR software skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily operations at Medcor’s on-site clinic.
• Provide superior customer service to client and employees.
• Assess and treat workplace injuries and illnesses per MCPs.
• Build and maintain internal team relationships.
• Support onsite employee health and wellness efforts.
• Conduct pre-employment and post-offer screenings.
• Document care using EMR and other tools.
• Perform Medical charting and OSHA record-keeping.
