Job summary

OccuMedX Group, Inc. is seeking an EMT or Paramedic to join our construction occupational health solutions team as an Onsite Medical Partner.

You will operate the onsite health clinic, provide emergency medical response, injury prevention, health assessments, and equipment management on active work sites. The Onsite Medical Partner works with the construction project’s safety team to enhance worker health and safety, adapt to varying shifts, and support client objectives through effective

Qualifications

• Current EMT or Paramedic certification.
• Active BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
• OSHA 30 Construction certification within 30 days of employment.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a pre-hospital or clinical environment.
• Familiarity with occupational health and safety regulations and ability to work in a construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medical response on construction sites and stabilize workers.
• Conduct safety walks and educate workers on first aid and workplace safety.
• Oversee health assessments, wellness programs, and monitoring of employee health concerns.
• Manage medical equipment, supplies, and inventory for the onsite clinic.
• Maintain documentation of all medical incidents, treatments, and follow-up care, and prepare required reports.
