The role emphasizes documentation, training, and collaboration with client teams to maintain a safe work environment. The ideal candidate holds EMT/Paramedic certification with BLS, at least three years of pre-hospital experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Current EMT or Paramedic certification required.
• Active BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required.
• OSHA 30 Construction certification must be obtained within 30 days (Employer Provided).
• Minimum of three years of pre-hospital or clinical experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate medical care for accidents or emergencies on the site.
• Assess and stabilize workers; coordinate transport to facilities.
• Document all medical assessments, treatments, and follow-ups.
• Conduct safety walks; implement preventive measures with the project team.
• Train workers in first aid, CPR, workplace safety, and injury prevention.
• Oversee wellness programs, health screenings, and preventive care onsite.
• Monitor worker health, injuries, illnesses, and exposure to hazards.
• Manage client's onsite drugs-of-abuse program.
• Ensure medical equipment, supplies, and medications are available and functional.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and inventory; regular stock checks.
• Prepare incident reports and coordinate with management and external agencies.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners.
• Integrate with the client project team to support objectives.
