Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking a construction site assistant to maintain cleanliness and assist with minor punch-out under supervision of the construction management team. You will keep the job site tidy, perform yard duties like watering and weeding, and complete punch-out work for warranty, framing, painting, drywall, and carpentry as assigned.

Reliable transportation to multiple sites and basic hand tools are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a current, valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record and reliable transportation to work in multiple locations.
• Requires a minimum of one year of relevant construction assistant responsibilities.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of the job site.
• Perform yard duties, including watering grass and pulling weeds.
• Complete punchout for minor warranty, frame, paint, sheetrock, carpentry and other similar tasks as assigned.
