Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking a Construction Assistant to help maintain a clean construction site and perform minor punch-out tasks under supervision. You will also manage yard duties, watering grass and weed control as part of daily site care.

The role requires at least one year of relevant experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to use basic hand tools. This is an on-site position at Perry Homes communities in Texas.

Qualifications

• Current, valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record and reliable transportation to work in multiple locations.
• Minimum of one year of relevant construction assistant responsibilities.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of the job site.
• Handle yard duties, including watering grass and pulling weeds.
• Complete punchout for minor warranty, frame, paint, sheetrock, carpentry and related tasks as assigned.
