Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking a Construction Assistant to help keep the job site clean and support the construction management team with minor punch-out tasks under supervision. The role requires a minimum of one year of relevant construction experience, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation to work at multiple locations.

You will perform yard duties, use basic hand tools, and assist with punch-out for warranty, frame, paint, sheetrock and carpentry tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• One year of relevant construction assistant responsibilities.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Reliable transportation to work in multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the job site.
• Perform yard duties, including watering grass and pulling weeds.
• Complete punch-out for minor warranty, frame, paint, sheetrock, carpentry and similar tasks as assigned.
