Perry Homes is seeking a Construction Assistant to maintain the cleanliness of the job site and perform minor punch-out under supervision.

Responsibilities include yard duties (watering grass, pulling weeds) and completing punch-out for warranty/frames etc. Requirements: valid driver's license and at least one year of related experience; ability to use basic hand tools.

Qualifications

• Current, valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record and reliable transportation to work in multiple locations.
• Requires a minimum of one year of relevant construction assistant responsibilities.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
