Perry Homes, LLC is seeking a reliable on-site helper to maintain cleanliness at the construction site and perform minor punch-out tasks under supervision. Responsibilities include yard duties, watering, and removing weeds as needed, plus completing punch-out for minor warranty, framing, painting, drywall, carpentry, and similar tasks.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation to multiple locations, and at least one year of relevant construction assistant experience.

Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the job site.
• Responsible for yard duties, including watering grass and pulling weeds.
• Responsible for completing punchout for minor warranty, frame, paint, sheetrock, carpentry and other similar tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Current, valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record and reliable transportation to work in multiple locations.
