Job summary

Perry Homes, LLC is seeking a Construction Assistant to help maintain a clean job site and support the construction team with minor punchout work across multiple locations in Texas. You will assist with yard duties and carry out painting, framing, sheetrock, and carpentry touch-ups as needed under supervision.

The role requires basic hand tool proficiency, a valid driver's license, and at least one year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Current, valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record and reliable transportation to work in multiple locations.
• Minimum of one year of relevant construction assistant responsibilities.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the job site.
• Perform yard duties, including watering grass and pulling weeds.
• Complete punchout for minor warranty, frame, paint, sheetrock, carpentry tasks.
