Job summary

Perry Homes, LLC is seeking a Construction Assistant to help keep the job site clean and to perform minor punch-out tasks under the supervision of the construction management team. This role supports multiple locations as needed and requires a driver’s license with a reliable vehicle.

Key responsibilities include yard maintenance, basic hand-tool use, and timely completion of punch-out tasks for warranty-related items such as framing, painting and drywall touch-ups.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of relevant construction assistant responsibilities.
• Requires a current, valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record and reliable transportation to multiple locations.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of the job site.
• Perform yard duties, including watering grass and pulling weeds.
• Complete punch-out for minor warranty, frame, paint, sheetrock, carpentry and similar tasks as assigned.
