Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking a Construction Site Helper to maintain cleanliness at the job site and assist with minor punch-out under supervision of the construction management team.

You will also handle yard duties such as watering grass and pulling weeds, and assist with punch-outs for frame, paint, sheetrock, carpentry, and related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current, valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record and reliable transportation to work in multiple locations.
• Requires a minimum of one year of relevant construction assistant responsibilities.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the job site.
