Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer for a full-time day shift to support on-site security and smooth operations at customer construction sites in Floydada, TX.

You will manage worker registration, badging, parking, visitors, deliveries, and provide practical support while coordinating with site leadership. The role requires professionalism, quick problem solving, and a willingness to go beyond duties to ensure safety and a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain required licensing.
• Pass drug screen and background check.
• At least 2 years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Able to establish and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Detail-oriented with strong prioritization.
• Excellent written and spoken English; follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage access control compliance at the site.
• Ensure badges are issued and scanned to verify identity.
• Provide parking passes and monitor parking pass compliance.
• Document visitors and deliveries and create written records.
• Provide support for worker registration, badging, troubleshooting, logs, and parking.
• Assist with ad hoc access control tasks as needed.
