Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer for part-time day shifts at Saint Francisville, LA. You will manage worker registration, badging, and on-site access control to ensure safety and smooth operations on customer construction sites.

This role requires professional customer service, strong English communication, and the ability to adapt to shift-based schedules with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure and extended hours.
• Ability to quickly establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to follow SOPs in English.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to solve complex challenges within and outside assigned responsibilities.
• Proactive approach to taking on more responsibility to serve customers and the Sitemetric team.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: Proactively monitor and manage access control compliance with the client and Sitemetric team.
• Badging Compliance: Ensure badges are scanned and identity verified; maintain headcount records.
• Parking Management: Provide and monitor parking passes and compliance across areas.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: Document visitors and deliveries; create logs for the customer.
• Customer & Worker Support: Support access control, troubleshooting, logs, and parking management.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: Assist with as-needed access control tasks for customers.
