Job summary

Sitemetric LLC is seeking an Access Control Officer for part-time Afternoon shifts in Cedar Rapids, IA. The role requires in-person work at one or more Sitemetric job sites with travel可能 within the United States.

You will oversee worker registration, badging, and site access while supporting parking, visitors, and deliveries. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience, strong English communication, and the ability to follow SOPs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Proficient communication in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage worker registration and badging for site access.
• Ensure badges are scanned and identities verified; maintain headcount records.
• Manage parking, visitors, and deliveries; document activities.
• Provide support for access control, tech troubleshooting, logs, and parking tasks.
• Perform ad hoc access control duties as needed to support customers.
