Sitemetric in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Access Control Officer (Part-Time, Day shift) to join our on-site team at customer construction sites. You will manage worker registration, badging, parking, visitor and delivery handling, and provide frontline support to customers and workers.

The role requires in-person work across Sitemetric job sites, strong professionalism under pressure, and the ability to follow SOPs in English.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure.
• Ability to follow detailed SOPs (SOPs) in English.
• Proficient spoken and written English communication.
• Ability to quickly establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Detail oriented with ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic environments.
• Proactive approach to taking on more responsibility to serve customers and team.

Aufgaben

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor and manage access control compliance for everyone entering or leaving the site.
• Badging Compliance: ensure personnel have badges and are scanned to verify identity.
• Parking Management: issue passes and monitor parking pass usage.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document all visitors and deliveries with written records.
• Customer & Worker Support: provide access control support and troubleshooting.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: assist with occasional access control tasks as needed.
