Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer for part-time morning shifts in Cedar Rapids, IA. The role focuses on worker registration, badging, parking management, and visitor handling at customer construction sites, with travel across the United States as needed.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience, strong English communication, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Flexibility is required for shift changes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure and complexity.
• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions (SOPs) in English.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: Proactively monitor and manage access control compliance for everyone who enters and leaves the site.
• Badging Compliance: Ensure all personnel entering the site have badges and are scanned to verify identity and maintain headcount records.
• Parking Management: Provide parking passes and monitor pass compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: Document visitors and deliveries with written records for the customer.
• Customer & Worker Support: Provide access control support including troubleshooting and logs.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: Assist with ad-hoc access control tasks as needed.
