Job summary

Arizona Public Service seeks a Supervisor Construction Services to lead contract administration, project management, and inspection for statewide transmission and distribution projects. You will oversee design, construction, contractor safety and field coordination while ensuring cohesive, cost-effective performance with business unit partners.

Key responsibilities include developing work plans, coordinating cross-department efforts, ensuring contractual compliance, and managing a safety program

Qualifications

• Four years of project management experience in construction or design.
• Experience in transmission & distribution projects preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and vendors efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive work plans and schedules.
• Coordinate efforts among operations, maintenance and contracting firms.
• Ensure compliance with contract provisions and cost structures.
• Manage Safety Program for external contractors.
• Process invoices accurately and timely.
• Negotiate to resolve issues equitably.
• Provide cost data for budget forecasting of cable/service work.
• Foster open communication and clear expectations.
• Lead the team to drive project success and issue resolution.
