Morton Buildings, Inc. is the industry leader in post-frame construction with 120 years in business and nationwide operations. We seek a Construction Service Crew Member to join a team repairing buildings and delivering a positive customer experience.

You will read plans, perform repairs, and work with a safety-first mindset in varying weather conditions. Position includes a $2,000 first-year bonus and a $500 quarterly bonus during the first year, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in building construction or post-frame carpentry preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with team and customers.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Morton Buildings’ safety and construction procedures.
• Read, understand and build according to construction plans.
• Repair buildings including doors, windows, roofing, and siding as per project needs.
• Operate hand tools and equipment safely.
• Adapt to varying schedules and weather conditions.
• Travel up to 30% and work in physically demanding environments.
• Collaborate with crew to stay organized and meet goals.
