Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Construction Scheduling Intern to work with our scheduling team and gain hands-on experience across the lifecycle of active construction projects.

You will learn macro milestones, sequencing, and field-level activities while building CPM scheduling skills with Ryan's standards and P6. Candidates will split time between office settings and active projects, supporting scheduling tasks during proposal, preconstruction, and ongoing construction.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in construction-related field with interest in scheduling and project controls.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative in a hands-on internship environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Ryan's scheduling standards, tools, and processes (Fundamentals, the Ryan Process, and P6).
• Spend time on active jobsites to connect the schedule with field activities.
• Support project teams in creating, updating, and reviewing schedules across proposal and preconstruction stages.
• Assist with regular progress updates to keep schedules accurate and current.
• Help prepare monthly project schedule health reports and understand how data informs performance.
