Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil or Architectural Engineering, or related field.
• Genuine interest in construction scheduling and project controls.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willing to split time between office and active construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Ryan's scheduling standards and P6 tooling.
• Work on active jobsites linking schedule to field work.
• Assist in creating, updating, and reviewing schedules.
• Support progress updates to keep schedules accurate.
• Prepare monthly project schedule health reports.
• Observe peer reviews and participate in planning sessions.
