Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is offering a Construction Scheduling Internship. You will work with our scheduling team on real active projects, learning how a project comes together from milestones to daily field activities. You will gain hands-on CPM scheduling experience and use Primavera P6 on live projects.

Gain mentorship from Ryan's scheduling team, visit job sites, support scheduling tasks, and help prepare project health reports. This internship may lead to a full-time opportunity.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
• Interest in construction scheduling, planning, and project controls.
• Willing to split time between an office setting and active construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside an experienced scheduler to learn Ryan's scheduling standards and processes.
• Spend time on active jobsites to connect schedule with the field.
• Support project teams in creating, updating, and reviewing schedules during proposal and preconstruction stages.
• Assist in maintaining accurate schedules with regular progress updates.
• Help prepare monthly project schedule health reports.
