Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Construction Scheduling Intern to learn hands-on scheduling across active projects. You will work with our scheduling team to connect macro milestones to daily field activities using CPM and P6.

You'll gain mentorship, experience on real sites, and exposure to proposal and preconstruction schedules, with potential path to full-time. This role blends office work with field visits and collaborative planning sessions.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Genuine interest in construction scheduling, planning, and project controls.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable splitting time between office and active construction sites.
• Eager to learn, ask questions, and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Ryan's scheduling standards, tools, and process (Fundamentals, the Ryan Process, and P6).
• Spend time on active jobsites, connecting the schedule to field progress.
• Support project teams in creating, updating, and reviewing schedules across proposal and preconstruction phases.
• Assist in maintaining current project schedules with regular progress updates.
• Help prepare monthly project schedule health reports and analyze scheduling data.
