Job summary

ACI Asphalt & Concrete, LLC in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a Scheduling Logistics Manager to create daily schedules for asphalt, concrete, sealcoat and subcontractors, ensuring safety, efficiency and on-time completion.

You will serve as a link between operations, subcontractors and customers, supervise the communications team, monitor progress, adjust plans as priorities shift, and support DOT compliance and safety policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction logistics, or a related field preferred.
• Previous supervisory or experience preferred.
• Ability to coordinate multiple crews and projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Basic computer skills, including email, scheduling software and Microsoft Suite.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work extended hours, early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends during peak construction season.

Responsibilities

• Create daily schedules for asphalt, concrete, sealcoat and subcontractors.
• Communicate schedule changes, delays, weather issues, and site requirements to crews, management and communications teams.
• Supervise the communications team and ensure correct information is shared with customers.
• Monitor job progress and adjust logistics as priorities change.
• Assist with maintaining compliance with safety policies and DOT requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to resolve field logistics issues.
• Support emergency or last-minute scheduling needs when conditions change.
• Perform other duties to support company operations.
