Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of the discipline of civil engineering and/or project management.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate construction teams and subcontractors.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, change orders and client coordination.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction operations on assigned projects to meet time and budget goals.
• Monitor project status and suggest improvements in crew sizing, methods, and quality.
• Coordinate with engineers and clients on change orders and design changes.
• Develop and maintain schedules, cost reports, and cash flow tracking.
• Maintain relations with clients, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors to promote positive image.
