ACI Asphalt & Concrete in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a Scheduling Logistics Manager to create daily schedules for asphalt, concrete, sealcoat, and subcontractors. This role ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and on time, serving as a key link between operations, subcontractors, and customers.

You will organize crews, monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and support DOT safety requirements. Excellent communication and organization are essential to respond quickly to weather

Formación

• 2+ years in construction logistics.
• Supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Able to coordinate multiple crews and projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Willingness to work extended hours during peak season.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure crews have current job information before leaving the yard.
• Communicate schedule changes, weather, and site requirements to crews and management.
• Supervise the communications team to ensure accurate customer messaging.
• Monitor progress and adjust logistics as priorities shift.
• Assist with safety policy and DOT compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to resolve field logistics issues.
• Handle last-minute scheduling needs due to weather or equipment changes.
• Perform other duties to support operations.
