CALTECCorp. is seeking an experienced Primavera P6 Construction Scheduler to support a unique public infrastructure project in the Los Angeles area. The role will develop, maintain, and analyze CPM schedules, coordinating with project management and field teams on-site.

The position begins with 24 hours per week on-site, with potential for additional hours as the project evolves. The scheduler will collaborate with management and field staff to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Primavera P6 construction scheduling experience.
• Ability to independently develop, update, and analyze CPM schedules.
• Experience with cost-loaded and resource-loaded schedules.
• Experience with schedule frag nets, Time Impact Analyses, and delay evaluations.
• Strong understanding of critical path analysis, sequencing, float, and scheduling logic.
• Experience producing weekly updates, look-aheads, and narratives.
• Ability to interpret construction plans, specs, and contract requirements.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with field and management teams.
• Ability to work on-site for the agreed weekly schedule.

Aufgaben

• Develop, maintain, and update CPM schedules using Oracle Primavera P6.
• Prepare baselines schedules, revised schedules, and recovery schedules.
• Develop and maintain cost-loaded and resource-loaded schedules.
• Prepare schedule fragments, Time Impact Analyses (TIA), and supporting documentation for changes, delays, and time extension requests.
• Perform weekly schedule updates, incorporating actual field progress, remaining durations, and changes in construction sequencing.
• Prepare 2-week, 3-week, and 6-week look-ahead schedules.
• Monitor critical path activities, float, milestones and potential project delays.
• Prepare schedule narratives, progress reports, and variance analyses.
• Coordinate directly with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and owner representatives.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and contractual scheduling requirements.
• Attend scheduling and coordination meetings and assist with mitigation and recovery planning.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and support project management with schedule-related reporting and analysis.
