PADCOM is seeking a Project Scheduler to support construction scheduling and program controls across LAUSD facilities projects. The role reviews contractor schedules, performs schedule analysis, and supports program-level reporting and forecasting to monitor progress and mitigate risks.

You will work onsite in Los Angeles, applying Primavera P6, EVA, and KPI tools to ensure schedules align with contract requirements and program objectives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture or related field.
• Alternative: Bachelor's with 2 years scheduling experience.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret construction drawings across disciplines to understand project scope.
• Review baseline schedules in Primavera P6 and identify gaps and critical path issues.
• Analyze monthly schedule updates and document delays and impacts.
• Perform QA/QC reviews of schedule submittals for contract compliance.
• Develop Earned Value Analysis curves per program guidelines.
• Monitor progress and identify schedule risks and recovery opportunities.
• Generate KPIs and variance reports with root-cause analysis and mitigation.
• Develop or review preliminary schedules from plans and specs.
• Evaluate contract documents for time extensions.
• Participate in meetings and communicate schedule issues with teams.
• Maintain and update program and master schedules.
• Ensure proper scheduling standards, coding, and reporting formats.
• Conduct site visits to verify progress and alignment.
• Prepare reports and presentations for project leadership.
