Arcadis is seeking a Scheduler for our Southern California Contract Solutions team, with a focus on construction and program-level scheduling. You will develop detailed schedules, manage critical-path activities, and communicate progress to project managers, clients, and consultants.

The role requires 3+ years of experience in project scheduling, proficiency in Primavera P6, and a willingness to mentor junior staff. Preference for Los Angeles or Orange County locations and occasional site visits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project scheduling.
• Experience with construction project and program-level scheduling.
• Ability to train and mentor junior staff.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6.
• PSP or PMI-SP certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop project schedules and functional schedules for ENG, procurement, construction and startup activities.
• Build detailed, resource-loaded schedules; analyze critical path updates and schedule progress.
• Maintain project schedules and alert the team to potential problems.
• Lead schedule and budget review meetings at construction sites or client facilities.
• Collect and record real-time schedule data including quantities and labor hours.
