Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 (latest version) and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build efficient working relationships with project teams and department staff.
• Superior organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction schedule review comments for contractor Baseline Schedules and Monthly Schedule updates based on LAUSD templates.
• Assist scheduling team in creating and populating various schedule reports in Excel and P6.
• Create Earned Value curves following LAUSD EVA template guidelines.
• Perform QA/QC on contractors’ schedule submittals for conformance with contract scope.
